How long will my hair system last?
Hair systems are designed to be worn and loved — and with consistent aftercare, many clients are surprised at how long their systems last. Because everyone’s lifestyle and routine is different, lifespan will vary, but we’ll support you in maintaining it for as long as possible.

Do I need maintenance appointments?
Yes — regular maintenance is essential to keep the system secure, comfortable, and healthy for your scalp. We recommend every 3–4 weeks.

Can I wash and style my system?
Yes — you can wash and style your system carefully, following the aftercare advice provided. Using the right products makes a big difference to longevity.

Can I colour or chemically treat my system?
We don’t recommend it, as chemical processes can damage the hair and shorten its lifespan.

What happens if I have a problem with my system?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and, if needed, send the system to our supplier for analysis. If another stylist has altered or removed it, we can’t take responsibility.
