

Terms & Conditions – Bespoke Hair Replacement
We want you to feel confident and comfortable when choosing Bespoke Hair Replacement. These terms explain how our services and bespoke hair systems work, so everything is clear and transparent from the beginning.

1. Returns Policy
At Bespoke Hair Replacement, each hair system and topper is professionally prepared to suit the individual client. Because every system is either customised, fitted, or styled to personal specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once work has commenced.
Custom and Made-to-Order Systems
• Once a custom system has been ordered, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after confirmation.
• We confirm all details including base, length, density, and colour before placing your order.
• Slight variations in colour, texture, or density can occur due to the nature of human hair and should be expected.
Stock Systems
• Stock systems may be exchanged within 7 days of collection only if they remain unused, uncut, uncoloured, and unaltered.
• All packaging and tags must remain intact.
• Once a system has been cut, fitted, coloured, or customised in any way, it becomes a bespoke item and is non-returnable.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of collection so that we can assess the item. If a genuine fault is identified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or credit note as appropriate. This does not cover general wear, shedding, colour fading, or damage caused by incorrect care or product use.
2. Collection Policy
Bespoke Hair Replacement does not offer delivery or postal services. All hair systems — whether custom-made or stock — are collected in person at the salon during a booked fitting or styling appointment.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that:
• Collection and fitting take place at the salon only.
• The system becomes your responsibility once it has been collected or fitted.
• The salon is not responsible for loss or damage to the system after it leaves our premises.
If you cannot attend your collection appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice to rearrange. Systems not collected within 30 days of arrival may be returned to storage or released back into stock.
3. Terms & Conditions – Hair Systems, Fittings & Aftercare
1. Consultations
Each client receives a full consultation before any system is fitted. This includes discussing base options, colour, density, and maintenance expectations. By proceeding, the client confirms they are satisfied with their selection and understand the aftercare requirements.
2. Fitting and Customisation
Once a system has been cut, coloured, or fitted, it becomes a bespoke product and cannot be returned or refunded. All work is carried out to the client’s agreed specifications, and small variations in colour or texture are normal for handmade hair systems.
3. System Lifespan
All hair systems naturally experience wear over time. Lifespan depends on correct care, maintenance routine, and frequency of wear. Typical lifespan ranges from 6–12 months with proper aftercare.
4. Aftercare & Maintenance
Clients will be provided with tailored aftercare advice following their fitting. It is the client’s responsibility to:
• Use recommended products only
• Follow washing and maintenance guidance
• Book regular refit or maintenance appointments as advised
Failure to follow professional aftercare may shorten the lifespan of the system and void any goodwill repair or replacement options.
5. Appointment Terms
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed or late appointments may incur a charge.
• All fittings are carried out by a qualified hair loss specialist in a professional salon environment.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, collecting, or having a hair system fitted at Bespoke Hair Replacement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document.
4. Legal Notice
Bespoke Hair Replacement provides professional hair loss services, fittings, and styling. We are the sole supplier of all systems sold and fitted within the salon. All services are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which recognises bespoke and personal service items as exempt from standard refund terms once work has commenced.
